I really do not see how you are going to maintain this weight loss, if you cave when you look at cheesecake/sugared stuff etc, and you obviously haven't had a good healthy balanced diet.
Perhaps instead of trying this temporary quick fix (which is was it really is)you should try an actual diet of non fatty foods, then progress into an almost raw diet, then fast. Otherwise I can almost bet you're going to go back to your old habits once you are done and not only gain the weight, but also more added since your metablolism is slow.
Also, half of your posts sound like a person with an Eating Disorder made them. I congratulate you for somewhat 'fasting' or elminate dieting rather (since you ate) but that is really about all.
Hope fully you will be able to get on a good eating schedule and excersice.
