can you drink coffee and water on a Water Fast or is that not okay?
can you excersise cardio, light weights and still fast. i am planning on a 20-30 day fast i have done a 9 day fast with excersise, the fist few days were easy to excersise but by day 6 i was tired. i also work in retail so i am on the go any tips for energy. will i lose muscle if i still work out on a water fast. i need some tips from some fasters. please help oh one more thing how much hair loss will i have [approx] will it be noticable.
