I don't use any oils or anything I know some ppl do (there's a skin brushing forum on here as well).
I use the Yenna Herba dry natural large bristle brush. I focus on my lower abs, and hips where I have stretch marks and also on my arms and back where I have some minor scarring that annoys me, I'll do a once over in the other areas too. My stretch marks werent too terrible, I mean I have quite a few on my hips, but I guess w/my skin pigment they healed pretty well, u can only really see them when I'm at a certain angle. Anyways yes they've been fading pretty well, I was doing it for amonth straight then storpped for 2 weeks and have picked it up since fasting, I plan on doing it once daily (b4 my nightly shower, I do it twice daily b4 I shower now) forever. I tried vitamin E for stretch marks and scarring and it didnt realy help me, I only find it good for dry skin and if I have a scab to accelerate healing but perhaps thats just me?
