Well, day one was straight orange juice and water and the next day was orange juice, water and some fruit smoothies, then day 3 was the same, plus veggies and an apple and grapes. I'm still not eating any meat, fish or chicken. On day 2 was when I incorporated the oils into the smoothies and the probiotics after the veggies on a full stomach. I do quite a bit of exercise at the gym - getting very sweaty and that is helping a lot. I am going to keep going the way I'm going - no meat, fish, chicken, fried foods, sugars, etc. and lots of water and exercise and I know I'll keep losing and will be doing the Master-Cleanse again, probably in another month or two.
