Thanks!! I think if I can do it, anybody can. I never believed I had the willpower to stick with it, but I did and if I hadn't been so bored with the same stuff morning, noon and night, I'd still be doing it.
Now, I have to keep the willpower going in that I must go to the gym at least 5 days a week and eat fruit, make fruit smoothies, make fruit juice, veggie juices and eat veggies - no meats for quite some time or sugar, etc. I don't think that will be too hard - sort of mind over matter now and I don't want to lose all the benefits that have been realized, plus I really like getting into clothes I haven't worn in 5 years or more!!!!
I do plan on doing more long fasts and will be doing another one in about 2 months time and hopefully another 40 days.
