It's actually called Udo's Super Oil and has the Flax Seed Oil in it, plus the probiotics, which will get my digestion working again. I'm hoping that my metabolism will be straightened around when I'm finished and instead of one BM a day (morning), that I'll have one approximately 1-1.5 hours following a meal. Exercise will also be playing a big part in this, as I don't want to gain the weight back that I've lost. My Doctor has a menu plan for me to stick to so I get into the habit of eating right. I can eat as often as I want, I just have to eat the right foods take the oil (in smoothies I plan on doing), take probiotics and eat only when hungry and continue to drink the 2.5 gallons of water a day. I'm looking forward to my first orange juice on Monday and that (hopefully) will be when I can do a light workout at the gym, because last weekend I pulled muscles and tendons in my right arm through the shoulder and it's pretty ouchy.
