Well, I'm getting bored with fasting and need the food, only 3 more days to go and I can stop dreaming about watermelons and grapes and start weaning myself off.
My scale says 205# this morning, so that's a total of 41# lost in 37 days so far. I expect to keep on losing because I don't plan on eating anything unhealthy for my body, like I did before.
I want you to know that it can be done and if I wasn't so bored, I'd continue on to 60 days. I can't wait to get back to the gym as soon as I start taking in solids!!! That's what my Doctor has planned for me - I start probiotics on Monday to get my metabolism going and then a Liver Flush after a week or 2.
