this is my first day of fasting

can i fast on juice bought from the grocery store as long as it is 100% juice i do not have the money to buy a juicer yet but it is on my list to do i have a juicing book that says you have to have a juicer that is why it took me so long to start because it was only causing me to procrastinate on my weight loss efforts a co worker of mine did her juice fast for 100 days went from 185 to 118 (she is 5'1) and kept it off for 8 months so far that was inspiration for me i just had twins 7 months ago Tweet
