I'm doing The Master Cleanser , which is basically juicing, but in a different way - it's 2 tbsp.lemon juice (fresh squeezed), 1 tbsp. Grade B Maple syrup (I use less syrup because I'm overweight), Cayenne Pepper (only a pinch) and 2 c. water and I have that 6 or 8 times a day and I have an Herbal Laxative Tea at night, followed by a salt water flush on an empty stomach in the morning (Celtic Sea Salt 2 tsp in 1 quart of room temperature water), then have my first Master Cleanser about one hour afterwards and have them every hour or hour and a half, followed by 4 c of water each time, to keep things "moving". I know I couldn't do just the water (that's me), so I chose to do a cleansing fast first for the healing properties, but also for the weight loss properties.
