You are so right. I was thinking about what I learned from this experience yesterday. I have learned how much better my body was starting to feel litterally. My mind was still a mess and I was grumpy, but I felt smaller and it felt sooo good.
I have done short fasts before, so maybe I should try that as well. Maybe a one or two day Water Fast and then start on juice, tea, and water.
