Oh I know all about the comfort food thing. Food was my entertainment when I was bored. It's really hard to say do a fast during a less stressful time because you don't know when you're going to be stressed and when you're not. You can't put your life on hold. You can be stronger than the craving of comfort from the food. Come on here and talk about it. Call a friend. Take a walk. Do ANYTHING when you feel the need to eat to make that feeling go away. I take walks on my breaks at work now (I get 2 half hour breaks) and it really helps. I'm so glad you're not giving up!
