OK ladies!


Did you all start your fasting today?

I started fasting last night after dinner (6pm)... I plan to fast until tonight til 6pm..

I know that seems short... but It is a very successful method. I find it difficult to sleep when I am hungry. so I have a bit to eat in the evening I add on hours and work up to doin 36 hr fasts then 48 hr fast...

Believe me.. as long as you eat lightly (sometimes a salad or soup or maybe a Hambuger,but just 1) it will carry you over and you will lose weight! But just try to fast as long as you can and try to fast longer the next time... fasting is not just about not eating its also about breaking bad habits that we have allowed for ourselvs...
