Good for you!
I am fasting too I started last night and will end tonight.. I will be doing a series of 24 hour fasts...

I thought about the gym idea too.. I hate the gym though. hahahah I have had memberships before and I know that I would end up wasting it! I like walking outside much better! walking in the morning is a good way to wake yourself up and wake up your sleeping bowels! That is very important in fasting and losing weight! Get all that gunk moving! Besides that you can also have a warm drink in the morning to stimulate your bowels...
nature is beautiful...
