This is my 8th day on a water only fast. No teas, broths or juice
of any kind. I lost 19 pounds so far. Granted, I was 60 lbs
overweight to begin with but still. I feel awesome! NO HUNGER WHAT SO EVER. I drink about 1/2 gallon of water each day and do light walks and even played tennis today. I felt a little weak after 15 minutes but I expected that. I have my own company and work at home full time. I don't even get tired during the day... I have done a lot of reading and know what to expect. The only problem you will face is mental cravings... It's all in your head though because you won't be hungry. What I do is write the foods down that are tempting and tell myself that I will get to enjoy them when my fast is over. I will continue to Water Fast for a full 30 days and then juice fast for another 10. This is my second fast. The first was about 2 months ago and I lasted with ease for 10 full days which was my goal. I lost 20 lbs but have since gained it back over the holidays. I plan to start eating healthy once I lose the weight so that I can keep it off. Anyway, I will keep everyone posted as I go. Good Luck to all.
