WOah this is going to be such a great fast knowing we are all here for eachother, Sea, I am also 19 and i turn 20 feb 21. I am hopeing to fast untill my bday which is 28 days away, but honestly im not making a goal because it seems so far away, I know deep down in my heart i can do it. My mom is supporting me now. I have gained weight from health issues which is lousy and outta my hands but i cant change what happend in the past but i can change this, I am doing water only fast and i will be working out untill i feel tired. I know ur not suppose to but i have done it on a juice fast and i felt fine i know they are different but ill see how it goes, Please IM me sometime i am always online guys.
