Best wishes to you. I recently finished a 14 day water
fast and my daughter completed a 21 day water fast.
She started at a weight of 170 and lost 20 lbs. She
ended at 150 and since beginning to eat again (for about
a week now) she has put back on 5 lbs. She eats fruit
in the morning and has either soup or salad in the
afternoon sometime. She also drinks tea and still
drinks plenty of water. She hopes to lose an additional
15 lbs. over time, reaching 140 and maintaining.
I started at about 110 lbs. and ended after 14 days at
101. After 2 weeks of eating, I now weigh 105.

3rd or 4th day, REALLY!!!
