This is my fist day here. I think this is a great place and the support you all show for one another is wonderful. Anyways, I would like to start a fast, but I don't think I could quite handle an all water fast. I am going to add vegetable juice to my fast as well. What do you all do for energy during the days of your fast? Do you have an secrets to help you stick to the fast for such long periods of time? I have many health problems and I am doing this fast mostly for health and weight loss reasons. I would love to have a buddy in this endeavor. A 40-day juice and Water Fast would be ideal for me.
