Ok Its 7 o clock in the morning of day 1. Iv'e decided the morning is a great time to come and check this board out since it will motivate me for the rest of the day. My goal is exactly 18 lbs in 13 days. I'm going to start doing a lot of cardio in 3-4 days once my schedule gets less hectic to help make this work. Ultimately however...I want this to be an 18 day fast! Whatever I did is behind me and I'm ready to start again! Hopefully with your support I'll accomplish my goal without messing up this time!
