Lol even though I have come far I still feel like I have such a long way to go...when I think about it too much I get hungry! So I have to stop that! I water, Sugar free gum, and green tea. I run or walk 2 miles a day. I have an extremely specific plan all worked out for the following 6 weeks after my fast. If you are interested I can post it here. I am not doing this to myself to gain it all back, no way!
