It also depends on how much you weigh. The bigger you are the more you tend to lose (generally of course). Probably the worst days of a fast are days 2-4 and this varies for people. The first 5 days of my first fast were hell. I think it was mainly the headaches that bothered me. To encourage you I would just say, and this is blunt, deal with the headaches and cramps. It's toxins being released from your body and it's your body trying to get you to eat. It will do everything it can the first few day to make you eat. Don't give in! Heh. You can do it. Good luck.
