Honestly if you eat pretty mich fruits and veggies maybe with eggwhites and lentils as well for the following 4-6 weeks after your fast while introducing weight training and cardio you should be fine. Just increaase your cals each week by increments of 200 cals....the 6 weeks directly after are crucial...I have my plan allfigured out for when I am rady to break my fast though I have a long way to go ( I am only on day 8 of a 37 day fast).
