i'm eagerly ready to start a 15 day fast from december 18 with a goal of losing 30 lbs. (including margin for an expected but undesired 5 lb gainback) for a net result of 25
I'm thinking of either doing a Water Fast for ten days...then introducing juices for 5 and raw foods after those 15 days
or
having water fer 2 days in a row then juice for one till the 15 day period ends
Id'e like to know if my goal is attainable...or if there is a better way of going about accomplishing it within the next 15 days
I'm also just wondering if my jean size will decrease at all..because lately I wasn't able to get into some of my old ones that ide like to be able to fit into. My height is 5'1' and i am currently weighing around 130. Ide me bore than happy to start with someone else if interested
