I'm 5'8" and weight 162 and I want to lose 20. Do you think i could do it? I'm trying tojust drink water, but i've been drinking green tea also. It's SOOO hard not to be discouraged! I haven't seen a great loss yet and all I want to do is eat candy! its like my body realizes the blood Sugar is low so it wants to overdose on it! How did you fight cravings?
Please provide any support you can, i just feel like i'll never lose these damn 20 pounds! Did you drop sizes too or was it basically water weight?
