I will join you guys , we can just use this thread to meet and follow up on each other . I was doing Master Cleanse for 9 days
and ate on Thanksgiving , today is friday , I had a few bites of leftovers , tommorow I plan to juice and officially start on Sunday , I would like to do a 20 day this time or more if I will be strong enough to overcome the pull of Christmas .

I am 5'5 , and I weigh 170 lbs , I would like to be 120 lbs.
I have 50 lbs to go .

Good luck everyone , hopefully we could all be healthier at the start of the new year and embrace the new year with a whole new us.
