I've been eating dulse flakes every day for
many years. I also eat other seaweeds, including nori, kombu kelp, alaria, wakame,
and agar-agar. I eat the dulse flakes every
day, and the others on succeeding days.
I suggest a level teaspoon of the dulse, since
your mineral levels are low. You can add it to
juice, or you can shake it over your nightly
salad. It's not a bad taste.

harmonizing, and balancing powers of seaweed.
