Can anyone tell me how much seaweed /dulse (teaspoon?/tablespoon?) you have to eat to get your bodys needed minerals ? I dont really like it but would rather eat it then buy a supplement and I really dont want to eat more then I have to. I was told my minerals are very low (I had a parasite for a long time). I've tried looking for a good site describing in detail the benefits of it.. any links?
