Great, I would love to have some accountability for this. Like I said my workplace has a weight loss incentive thing going on, which is nice but the people in my office are bringing doughnuts and pretzels to work... uggh.
What's your plan? Water fast? Juice fast? What are your struggles so that I can help you get over them.
Mine is at night when it's easy to grab something from the fridge or even run out to the store and get something. At work I'm chained to my desk and at the cafeteria people would see me cheat, so it's easier to stick with it then.
I'm doing raw veggies for a few days, liver cleanse tonight/tomorrow and then Sunday I will start the Master Cleanse. I'm trying to go 10 days, but if I can make it longer I'm going to keep going.
I'm glad we're in this boat together.. let's just make the load lighter. :-)
