Hi Daudi,
If you cannot afford to see a periodontist (dentist who specializes in gum/bone infections) Try to find a hygienist in your area to clean off the hard deposits that have collected around your teeth....we call it calculus. That hard deposit will not let your tissue re-attach to your tooth because it works like a barrier. Plus the "bio film" loves to hang on to a rough surface so the cycle continues to worsen. The previous response should work great after that....always go natural for toothpastes and oils. Also, o-zone olive oil works great as a salve. But before you use any product--clean your teeth and gums gently and thoroughly with a soft toothbrush and tufted floss (OralB ultra floss). Flossing is the key because it is the only item that can go under the gum-line to drag out that film that causes the problem. It's what is UNDER the gum line that causes the damage. "Bugs" and pathogenes love dark and quiet places. And be sure you LOOK in the mirror and make sure you get that sticky film off of all you teeth---don't brush and floss BLIND.
Good luck and I hope this will help
