Today is Day 1 of my fast and I feel horrible. I'm craving really bad foods (cheeseburgers, fries, candy bars, pizza, etc.) I swore to myself that I would not give in for three reasons: 1) I need to lose about 40 pounds to get back to my normal weight, 2) I want to feel beautiful and happy again for myself and my husband (who has been so loving inspite of my weight gain), and 3) I need to start getting healthier before I continue to worsen my health. My goal is to make it to the end of the 11th day (April 11th). If I still feel good at that point, I will continue and take it day by day. Current stats:

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 170 (roughly...I will get an accurate measure this evening)
Pants: 14
Initial Body Fat: 21%
