You will have great days and not so great days, but the benefits outweigh it all. At the end of the month you will feel like you are just ready for it to be over. No matter how much you like water LOL.
Remember: Ease yourself back into foods no matter what your cravings say. Not just because of how uncomfortable it would be if you didn't, but also because you need to let your system have a chance to catch up to the changes you are making.
