Normally you would not want to start eating immediatly after a fast. You need to give your digestion system time to get used to digesting foods again. My suggestion for the future is to start with broth for a day, then fruits, then vegetables, then after a few days start back on other foods. Never eat a large meal right after a fast, you will get very sick. Also, the symptoms you described are unfortunatly signs of major detoxing. Both good and bad news: One, you are in major need of a fast if you were detoxing that much after a couple of days. Two, after a couple more days the majority of the detox symptoms will go away. It gets easier the more frequently you fast because you often don't have as much to get out of your system. Hang in there on this next fast. It gets pretty tough, but it is worth it!
