I went vegetarian again (hopefully for good) right after Christmas. Actually Vegan. Doing well. Adding eggs back in cause may have metal /mercury problem. Doc said I needed that kind of protein or mercury would be bigger problem. Eating organic free range eggs. One every other day.
I was allergic to dairy as a baby and stay away from that. My skin looks so much better.
Just wondering why organic butter seems to be accepted by so many? I thought dairy was basically not a good thing.
I see it mentioned often.
Also, not as hungry as used to be and have lost 33 lbs. High raw and juicing. Ezekial bread, whole grain pastas, quinoa,
seeds, nuts, beans, rice. How do I slow the weight loss when not as hungry?
