Thank you so much for the encouragement. I'm on my 5th day now and aside from my legs cramping all morning (now gone^^) and a bit of dizziness, I'm fine.
Thanks a lot for your tips about breaking the fast. I like them, especially the first one because I'll try to stay on raw juices and then raw-food at first.
I heard horror stories of people breaking a Water Fast eating a baked potato to die on the surgical table at the hospital with that hard mass in the intestine because it was too late. Also about people being operated and loosing a piece of colon because they broke the fast with dates. Maybe they thought "oh, it is just fruit".
That's why, although I had an orientation already, I asked your opinion here. You guys seem very knowledgeable.
Isn't going straight to veggie juices and fruit juices the first day of breaking the fast too much after just water? I don't know how long I can keep it up (hopefully another 10 days), but I was thinking to break it with fresh organic juice made with my juicer DILUTED in water (50%). What do you think?
