Hey Melanie...Welcome aboard. How are things going today for you? I started my fast this morning as well. I decided to fast to detox my body. I have some health issues that need to be addresed so I decided that a 42 day fast is what I needed. I plan on at least 21 days of just water and maybe adding some fresh juices after 21 days to aid in the healing process. I think it's great that you want to do a 7 day fast. What are you fasting for? Today for me was a rough start because I had a migraine all day yesterday and still have one now. But thats OK it will go away in a few days. I hope you had a better start on yours.
