Today is my 36th day of fasting. I have lost about 37 lbs (which wasn't my intention) and I am very happy with this result. I was going to begin eating tomorrow and have read many books by Joel Furham. I have decided to break it day 1 with fruit juices, day 2 fruit, day 3 fruit and some veggies and stick with that until day 7. The second week I plan on incorporating eggwhites into my diet but keeping my cals at about 1000 while increasing my cardio and adding in weight training.
Is it even possible for me to not gain weight back? I know there is an inevitable 4-6 lbs that will automatically come back...but if I gradually increase my cals and keep them all natural and add in an aggressive exercise routine will I not gain the weight back?
