I just read your previous posts. Most likely, you haven't hit the "protein-sparing" phase of the fast. Your body isn't truly "water-fasting," because ketosis never set in.
On top of that, you might not be getting enough calories. (That might explain the lingering hunger) If you're going to "juice-fast" (and there's nothing wrong with that), you might consider doing a full fresh juice fast. Perhaps that will diminish the hunger pains and the dizziness.
The fact that you're including a bit of juice might also be why you haven't lost as much weight as you anticipated.
