Dana..I just broke a 28 day water fast...I'm 68...it wasn't my first & probably not my last...what fasting "experts" have you been reading??? YOU SHOULD BE ALLOWING YOUR BODY TO USE WHAT LITTLE ENERGY IT HAS TO CLEANSE ITSELF, NOT RUNNING TWO MILES A DAY...you should be resting and not exercising as if it was some kind of challenge...I think you are dooming yourself to a short fast with no health benefits...just one guy's opinion..hank
