Usually by day 3 of my Water Fast I feel soo horrible and I get terrible migraines.. I heard stretching helps but this time it didnt.. I end up caving and eating some sushi.. I was wondering if theres anything to help relieve fasting symptoms.. I would really love to complete a 10 day fast.. I'm starting back tomorrow.. not only to feel 'clean' again.. after a few weeks of junk food but for my weight to normalize back to a size 10.. any tips would be nice!
