Heyyyyy,
I was wondering if it would be okay to do muscle-strengthening exercises, like pilates, while water fasting... I just heard that you shouldn't do any muscle "building" exercises, but this isn't like lifting weights or anything- it's just gentle exercise that helps your muscles stay long and toned... Any thoughts on this?
Also, does anyone drink mineral water? or do you think it would be best to only have distilled??
