Tea has been associated with heart arrithymia and other things as noted above. If you really feel you have to have something, I'd try green tea, maybe 4 cups a day sweetened with Stevia. This would probably be okay, while departing from a pure water fast. I couldn't recommend it, but I've done it several times when doing EOD routine without any perceived detriment. Herbal teas would be just as well. You'd be about as near a Water Fast as possible with this minimal departure. Would it affect the outcome of a fast for health. ?????? only you will know with experience. You certainly can find every hybrid imaginable on the General board.
