Cleaning produce

A good way to clean produce is by soaking it in h2o2 (3% hydrogen peroxide) in water. Add 1/4th cup of h2o2 to a sinkful of water, soak for 5-10 minutes, drain, then soak in plain water for the same, drain, and shake dry. I've done it for years. Fruits like apples can be washed by hand with a non toxic soap from health food stores. 46511
