Any milk( see my other contribution) is absolute rubbish and is only of use to the very young of any particular species into which they are born , and then only for a comparatively very short space of time.
Milk , in any case, is a very poor supplier of calcium for any human except babies. The very highest supplier of calcium is Hijiki seaweed . This seaweed has a higher calcium nutrient ..in the many thousands than its nearest 'competitor'! to say nothing of its B12 too. So what this so called expert in Argentina told you is absolute rubbish. I use seaweed every day and add it to any meal I prepare.
