i make a glass of carrot/apple/lemon juice with liquid minerals added just about every morning. i drink it down and feel great. then i follow that with a glass of ozonated water and then i feel AWESOME! juicing helps to hydrate the body on a cellular level. adding ozonated water (which has an extra atom of oxygen in it) intensifies this action, its like multiplying the hydrating action of the juice many times over. the benfits of oxygen are many many fold.
as far as my blog goes, well thanks for saying you missed it!! thats great. i have been busy with money matters and haven't been at it. responding to the quesitns i do take very little time because i use knowledge and experience i already have, i do no research. i was actually researching and taking time to write the blog entries, so it is time consuming. i really enjoy doing it, and get a lot out of it, but right now just don't have the time. but thanks again for noticing!
