i am doing to to lose weight yes, but also to help clean my body. i know that i do not drink enough water as it is, so i was thinking this might help start me off right. today is day three for me (i started monday) but i just ate a bite of bread.... does that mean i have to start again, or what does that mean? it is just so hard because i have to cook for my 5 year old daughter, husband can do his own this week....lol but when i was standing over the food today i just couldnt help it! i felt so hungry. it was just a bite, so what do i do now?!?! i was wanting to do a 5 day fast, but now that i did that, i dont know what that means to my body.... thanks for the help!
