Re: Finding the right juicer

nut butter bad for you?? no way! nut butters are great! especially if you use raw organic nuts. i make raw peanut butter with Sea Salt , cinnamon and cardamon, yum!! i smear that on a bannana, heaven. you can also make germinated nut butters by soaking the nuts for 8 hours, this activates nutrients and deactivates certain toxins, but the butter does not keep as long as plain raw. i have an omega juicer and you just feed the peanuts in there like you do the fruti and out it comes. the consistency is somewhat like crushed nuts, to get a buttery consistency you actually have to put them through again, then you get a more creamy like substance. but now i am used the more crushed nut kind of peanut butter and like it. the champion will make nut butters too. here is a great website that breaks down what each juicer does well and not so well.
