Do the veggie juices have to be with raw veggies? Or is it the same effect if I cook them in a veg. broth like a soup and blend it? Isnīt the consisten too thick if you just blend raw veggies without water/milk or anything? How do I get flavor on it - with salt and pepper?
I want to start juice fasting on friday and am confused on how to do it.
I read somewhere 3-6 cups of juice a day - isnīt that too little. I donīt want to starve...
