The reason we do fruits in the am is because the body is naturally in a cleansing mode and fruits are cleansers.

No Crystal Light. You do not want to be running artificial sweeteners through your kidneys/liver during a cleansing flush! If you must have something sweet, try a cup of herbal tea sweetened with a little natural maple syrup.
