I picked up the Ultra Prevention book and I have started following some of the suggestions. Thank you for the recomendation. Say, I just started a cortizone enema and I can't help but wonder if I had done the vitamin E enema all wrong. I don't understand you say the volume of 1.5 tbls is the same as the corticort enema. How does 1.5 tablespoons equate to the 60 ml cortacort enema? Please clarify by making it simple and telling me exactly how much water in ml is to be used with the four vitamin e capsules, because there is a huge difference between 1.5 tbls (about 2 ml) and a 60 ml enema.
