Thank you Sheldon so much for responding. To answer your question... I jumped right into eating a lot of vegatables because thats what I read somewhere in the posting to do. I even remember reading somewhere "the more vegatables the better".
I will listen to your advice, however I am a bit confused because in a previous post you instructed me to stay clear of oatmeal.I just want to know if I am reading your latest post correctly. So, here we go. If I steam some vegatables and plain chicken that's okay? Additionaly, you are suggesting oatmeal, potatoes (I already eat lost of them), white rice (I already eat lots of brown rice...is that okay?), and some buckwheat. Is that correct? I hope so. I couldn't understand if you were instructing me to eat these things or stay away from them.
Listen Sheldon, on a personal note I really appreciate your help and genuine concern for other people's well being. I am determined to make myself better, but I don't know what to think. I can hardly stand up when I do I am extremely dizzy and faint. I've lost my appetite and don't feel well at all. But, I don't want to go back to prednisone and etc. that life is not much better either. Where I want to be at is where you are at and some of the other people that have posted. I just don't know what to do. I can't tell if I just have a big hump to overcome and will eventually get better like quitting smoking or if I am just making myself sicker and I am doomed to a life of heavy meds and diareah.
