Well, you can cook with it. Maybe make some rice and steamed veggies and mix a tbsp into it. Or mix some into some hot tea. I take it straight and don't mind at all. Just be creative and you will find out what works for you. I also put it on bread in place of butter, especially on multigrain bread...yum. Take it however you want. You could even mix it into oatmeal. Make sure whatever you mix it with is hot so it will melt. Good luck.
